About Shane
Hospitality Is About People.

My Story
Hotels have been my career for more than 15 years.
I've spent my career in hotels — select-service, full-service and lifestyle — and what has kept me in the industry is the people. Every property is different, but the work is always the same: take care of the team, and they take care of the guest.
I've led properties across the Denver market, working with leading brands and management companies, and I've learned that consistency comes from clear standards and leaders who show up every day.
Leadership Philosophy
Great hotels start with great people.
When you invest in people, empower teams, and focus on the guest experience, performance follows. It's a simple formula, but it takes intentional leadership every single day.
People-First Leadership
Build the team, then build the business.
Hiring well, coaching honestly and recognizing good work are the everyday habits that create a strong culture. I care about employees growing into leaders — several of the best managers I've worked with started at the front desk.
Guest Experience
The details are the experience.
Guests remember how a stay felt. Clean rooms and quick service are the baseline; genuine hospitality is what earns loyalty. I focus on service standards, recovery done right, and giving the team the tools to solve problems on the spot.
Operational Leadership
Run the hotel with discipline.
Budgeting, forecasting, labor management and expense control aren't separate from hospitality — they're what make good hospitality sustainable. I like clean processes that hold up on a busy Saturday night.

Beyond the Hotel
People and places are
part of the story.
Great hospitality starts with curiosity about people, places, and experiences. Outside the hotel, Shane enjoys travel, discovering new places, and the experiences that create lasting memories.
